Today was our first visit just for a nail trim, and I cannot say enough about the experience. First off, Ms. Debbie is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She was so kind, calm, and gentle in the way she entered the room and approached my dog. The way she read my dog’s energy and respected her boundaries meant everything to me. Her assistant (I believe her name was Nicole) was just as wonderful, equally calm, patient, and kind. I was honestly close to tears because I was so happy with how everything went. My dog surprises me every day as she grows more confident and trusting, and seeing people take her seriously, move at her pace, and respect her boundaries is something I truly hope for every time we go somewhere new. Thank you for treating her with such care and understanding. It means more than I can express. We are already looking forward to coming back next month! Also — I have never seen her nails this short or her paws look this good. They look pristine. No other groomer has ever been able to get them this short or make them look this neat. I've been taking my dogs here for probably 3 or 4 years now and have no plans in switching. They have private rooms available for bigger dogs or dogs who need a quieter space, they make sure the coast is all clear when dogs are coming in and exiting the shop to ensure safety at all times, there's a great variety of toys, treats and accessories to shop for.
