High Paw and Welcome to the Lucky Puppy Pack!

Our Lucky Puppy staff is dedicated to providing you with outstanding service. Every appointment is specifically designed for each pet – their favorite treats, a good time of the day for their humans, the correct amount of time to help your pet get comfortable here at Lucky Puppy and the right number of our Lucky Puppy staff to keep your pet safe and ensure a successful service.

You will receive a confirmation text two days prior for you to confirm your appointment. Please respond with the appropriate option.

We understand that plans change but request a call or text at least 24 hours prior if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us help others and of course keep our schedule on track so we can make this the best possible experience for you and your pet.

Late Cancellations and No-shows:
Day of cancellations and no-shows may be billed at the full fee of the scheduled services.

A few additional notes:

Vaccines: Rabies vaccinations are required on all dogs 16 weeks or older. Puppies must be at least eight weeks old and have had two sets of vaccines.

Fleas: Lucky Puppy is a flea-free facility. Please check your pets for fleas and ticks before their appointment. If we find fleas present on your pet there may be an additional fee for cleaning and disinfecting.

Other Illnesses: Prior to your appointment please contact our staff to discuss best options for your pet.
